Table 4.2 shows the Risk estimation calculation from Figure 4.4. Unfortunately, in the process of figure production the location of the string of hypothetical data points on the figure moved and this was not noticed during the reads of the draft text prior to publication. Clearly the data points in Table 4.2 are not correct for Figure 4.4 as published. Rather, Table 4.2 should read more like:

On the last line of the previous page (p 64) the amount of the Loss should read £152,446. The point made in the last paragraph of p 64 that the first three data points have frequencies greater than one remains valid.
